In my opinion, the pros are that the egg will be secure because of the small cradle that it is in in the middle of the design. The cons of this design is that becuase it is made out of straws completely, it could easily break when it hits the floor.

The pros to this design is that it was more mapped out. The cons is that if you drop it hard the straw might break in half.

Shalena What do you mean more mapped out? Explain.

That is a really nice design. I think it would fall and the egg would not brake because it is covered with all that stuff. On the other hand, it could be a smaller version. I think its a little to big. Other then that, it is a great egg drop design i think it could win.

well i think the cons are that project well be heavy.its too many materials. the pros are that the egg wouldnt break..

i think that this model will be just fine because there is a lot of support for the egg when it is going to be dropped

Well ii think that this design will be very light because it consisited of mostly straws and it also looks like it has wings. the wings will guide the egg down slowly so that it won't fall. the cons could be that one of the straws could pop out of place leaving the egg unsecure and the egg could fall out before the crate reaches the ground.

Hi this is marlene fleming an accademie saying thats the pros of this design is that the egg very surportive and and hold the egg very well. Also the egg cant fall out. The cons is that it is made out of straws and if fall at an great enough height the straws could bend and the egg will fall

I think the pros are the egg is safe in the middle and the straws around it will keep the egg from hitting the floor. The con is the straws could bend and the egg would hit the floor.

In my perspective of this model getting into the pros and cons would be
the pros:
1)the straws will represent the coushin that will provided a soft and safe landing for the egg and prevent it from falling out and cracking.
2)the model of the design is very artistic and seems as though it was put alot of thought into.
3)the model is also very wide so that each angle of the model can be secure.
The cons:this model is great and all but you have to look at what the group used and how strong the model would be to repel the force from the ground: it was mainly made of STRAWS!!!!! its uterly crazy.
2)Also since this model is mainly straws, starw have the poteintal to break or split in half and maybe end up in the result of givin enough room for the egg to fall out and break!

The pros would be that the egg wouldnt break to me. I feel that this design was perfect. The cons are that the straws would hold up the egg in the middle to keep it from cracking when it hit the ground.

I think that the pros of this design is that the eggs looks like it's protected, which means that it might not break, i also think the cons are that because, of the straws being the main part of the design it could come apart.

I THINK THE DESIGN LOOK TO MUCH WORK AND IT LOOK SAFE FOR THE EGG TO DROP AND IT CANT BREAK

I think the model is perfect, there's enough materials to protect the egg

Brittny, What are the cons of the design?

I think that our design should protect the egg with out a dought.
Theres not a whole lot of room for the egg to move therefore it shouldn't break.

In my opinion i think the pros are that the egg was safe and secure.I would say that the cons were the straws that were designed in the design because it looked like it could of breaked.

I really like this design. One of the pros of this design is that all the straws help support each other and the design is light. However I feel as though if dropped from to high the straws might bend cause the egg to drop and break.
